Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering courses held monthly in the centre of Brighton.  In-house courses can also be arranged within Sussex.  Fun and informal learning, high quality training materials, exam papers in a variety of languages and assistance offered for candidates with learning difficulties or reading issues.  Cost £55 per person.  For further information, please see www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/foodsafety.
