We understand the difficulty of training staff whilst running a busy catering operation, therefore we make our services as flexible as possible to assist you. Whether your needs are for health & safety or food safety, we can provide courses at various levels and at times to suit you.
Courses range from short bespoke introductory sessions, through to Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 3.
All courses are run by experienced trainers who have a good result of exam passes and excellent feedback records and who use a variety of techniques to make the course both interactive and interesting.
