“If you can stand the pain, look at your service through the eyes of the customer”
We have built our reputation by delivering interactive, enjoyable and practical training programmes for all our clients. We offer training on food service improvement including CIEH Level 2 and 3 Food Safety Courses. We also deliver programmes for developing managers and supervisors, business improvement through customer care, team building and selling skills.
Our flexible approach allows us to deliver at times and places to suit our customers and at a pace that considers the needs of all our candidates.

All our team have scientific, commercial and training backgrounds. We deliver both level 2 and level 3 Food Safety and Health and Safety training. We have secured long term contracts with a variety of clients who include Avenance cafes, the Elior group, House of Fraser and many independent food businesses. We use our business and catering experience to deliver our training in a refreshingly interactive way that ensures candidates are motivated to learn.
- Neil Bradley Director |
We have delivered a range of training solutions across a variety of sectors including retail, manufacturing, enforcement bodies and local government. We appreciate and understand that our client organizations have different issues and problems and we therefore tailor all of our courses accordingly. Our experience has shown us that this approach helps candidates relate to course material and ensures that we satisfy the particular needs of all our clients. We always carry out post course evaluation either face to face or over the telephone and continually update our training methods and procedures.

“Staff don’t lose their ability to do things only the motivation to do it”

As well as poor safety standards other factors may also damage the successful running of catering businesses. These may include low moral, poor team relationships or a lack of leadership.
To support our Safety courses we also deliver other a range of programmes aimed specifically at improving the working relationships, teamwork and working practices. We also provide training on business improvement through customer care and effective leadership and management. During 2005 - 2006 they successfully improved the ‘mystery shopper’ results of a major supermarket cafe chain by more than 18%. |
