The courses are run by professional staff in a variety of venus in the Bradford area, making it convenient for clients. Bradford College provide a range of CIEH courses, which can be also arranged in house to be tailored to clients needs. The college provide other courses in Catering Studies at all levels.

CIEH courses offered (open and in-house):
Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene, run 3 times per month
Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety, run every 12 weeks
Advanced Certificate in Food Safety, (open only), run 1-2 times per year

Professional Trainers Certificate (open only), run twice a year
