Lesley Ward has had almost 20 years experience of owning & running award winning food businesses. She is a registered trainer with the RIPH & holds an HND in Hotel & Catering Administration. In addition to this she has an MSc in Teaching & Learning, as well as certificates in cheese making, cheese grading & wines. She is a cheese judge, consultant, Adult Education & Peripatetic Teacher.

RIPH courses offered (open and in-house):
Level 2 in Food Safety Award, additionally also run monthly at Cranleigh Arts Centre, Surrey.
