Eric Smith Associates is owned and managed by Eric Smith, consultant researcher and trainer with extensive knowledge of the food and allied industries. He is acknowledged as a trouble-shooter on anything related to food safety, meat technology and hygiene both in the UK and abroad. Eric's skills and knowledge are complimented by a core team of specialist consultants and an international network of associate consultants from a variety of disciplines.
