Established in 1992, the Food Hygiene Advice Centre offers consultancy and training to companies and business in the Food Industry. It undertakes audits, surveys and in-depth investigations of food processes. Another area of involvement is HACCP and the development of sound food handling systems within the framework of Due Diligence as required by legislation.
