Managed by a scientist, skilled in qualitative and quantitative research techniques, our centre can assess your specialist training needs and deliver CIEH and REHIS approved Level 2 Food Safety courses and enable your staff to comply with the current food safety and nutrition legislation.  We also deliver CIEH’s new Level 2 qualification in Healthier Food and Special Diets. Our professional staff can adequately cater for the linguistic needs of English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Bengali and Mirpuri clientele.
