All courses can be delivered on a one day basis or over 2 sessions. Course times arranged to suit your business for in-house.
Intermediate courses can be arranged as 3 full days plus a revision and 2 hour exam on the 4th day, or as evening classes to suit your business.

 

 

Health and safety risk assessments carried out. With the introduction of the cooksafe system it is vital that all staff are trained to a suitable level to comply with new food safety legislation being introduced on 1st January 2006. Be ahead of the game!!!
