Murray Training offers Food Safety accredited REHIS Courses to all Food Businesses and Health Care Organisations. Courses can be held in your own premises or at another location at times to suit you.

Courses include:

• Food Induction Training (Min 2 Hours)
• Elementary Food Hygiene (Min 6 Hours)
• Introduction to HACCP (Min 6 Hours)
• Elementary Refresher Course (Min 4 hours)

All courses are accredited by the Royal Environmental Health Institute Of Scotland (REHIS)
