Margaret Hughes delivers CIEH Levels 1-4 Awards in Food Safety, Level 3 HACCP in Catering and Level 2 Award in Healthy Foods and Special Diets both as open courses or in- house.
Areas covered are Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Powys; Margaret is happy to travel further afield to deliver training
