I have been registered as a Centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) since 1997 as 'NLG Food Hygiene Consultancy' and, in a recent audit they awarded my centre 98.4% overall, qualifying for the prestigious CIEH 'Centre Of Excellence'.
They noted that as a trainer I have a “diverse working knowledge of the different working environments and practices. This was reflected by the discussions with the students.”
