The Pear Tree Training Centre (PTTC) has been an accredited training centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health since 1990. PTTC regularly offers Foundation and Intermediate courses in Food Hygiene, in-house and open courses in conjunction with educational establishments.
HACCP training is also available. Courses are conducted by qualified Environmental Health Officers.
