- Food Safety and Health & Safety courses to all levels (CIEH & RIPH)

- The Professional Trainer Certificate (CIEH) for those wishing to become   
   trainers or improve training skills

- Award in Nutrition (CIEH), a one-day course for those wishing to learn more
   about healthy eating in institutional or private catering.
