RAS International Food Safety Consultancy specializes in raising food safety standards world-wide by providing cost-effective advice and training for food businesses and enforcement agencies.

Richard Sprenger has extensive knowledge of his chosen field in food hygiene and developed courses of all levels to train managers and their staff.

The Chief Executive of RAS International Food Safety Consultancy, Richard Sprenger, has over thirty years of food safety, management training and regulatory experience.

Richard was the primary architect for the CIEH's extremely successful Basic and Advanced Food Hygiene courses. He has also designed and written training packs on Level 1 and 2 Food Hygiene and HACCP courses, including lecture notes and plans, handouts and full colour acetates.

Richard is the author of several best-sellers, including 'Hygiene for Management' - the leading book of its type in the UK, 'The Food Hygiene Handbook', 'Intermediate Food Hygiene' and 'Hygiene Sense'.

All of these books are used throughout the world and have been translated into many languages.
