The
Chief Executive of RAS International Food Safety Consultancy,
Richard Sprenger, has over thirty years of food safety,
management training and regulatory experience.
Richard
was the primary architect for the CIEH's extremely successful
Basic and Advanced Food Hygiene courses. He has also designed
and written training packs on Level 1 and 2 Food Hygiene
and HACCP courses, including lecture notes and plans, handouts
and full colour acetates.

is the author of several best-sellers, including 'Hygiene
for Management' - the leading book of its type in the UK,
'The Food Hygiene Handbook', 'Intermediate Food Hygiene' and
'Hygiene
Sense'.
All
of these books are used throughout the world and have been
