The RUH at Bath run a number of food hygiene and HACCP training courses at Level 2 and Level 3 (used to be Foundation and Intermediate).
Courses are run with groups of between three and ten allowing plenty of discussion as well as individual attention.
The trainer brings experience from both the food industry and catering giving the best of both worlds.
