The RUH at Bath runs a number of CIEH food safety and RSPH HACCP training courses at Level 2, 3 and 4 (used to be Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced). Groups sizes are between three and ten allowing plenty of discussion as well as individual attention.
The trainer brings experience from both the food industry and catering giving the best of both worlds
