Food Safety Training Courses at the RUH Bath NHS Trust
The RUH at Bath runs a number nationally accredited courses from the CIEH for food safety and RSPH for HACCP.
Level 2 Award in Food Safety Catering or Manufacturing (formerly Basic) – cost £65 Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety Catering or Manufacturing (formerly Intermediate) - cost £275 Level 3 refresher course (as above) – cost £125 Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety Catering or Manufacturing (formerly Advanced) – cost £600
Foundation Certificate in HACCP – cost £65 Level 3 Award for HACCP in Food Manufacturing - £275
Courses are run in small groups at the RUH site allowing time for discussion as well as individual attention. The trainer has 16 years industrial experience and 7 years catering experience.
